BEHTA Coaching wants scheduling and payment policies to be clear and straightforward.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.Sessions canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled without an additional charge.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as missed sessions or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
BEHTA Coaching may make exceptions in cases of emergency or other exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
Refunds
Once a coaching session has been completed, the fee for that session is non-refundable.
If BEHTA Coaching needs to cancel a session and a suitable replacement time cannot be arranged, any payment made for that session will be refunded.
Coaching Packages
If coaching packages or multiple-session programs are offered, any specific refund or cancellation terms for those packages will be communicated before purchase.
